| Search - Opens a form that displays all preconfigured queries in a pull-down list. Queries are a means of selecting features from a map layer based on attribute values. A database query will be built using the values entered on the form, and any matching features will be highlighted on the map. Each query in the pull-down list privides an explanation of the expected input(s). If no matching features are found for the supplied input values, a message to that effect will be displayed. | |||
| Identify - After selecting this tool, you can click on features of the active layer (click here for more information on how to change the active layer in the Map Layers Window). Database information for the selected feature(s) will be displayed in a popup window. |
